Welcome to KW Corporation! By using our website (www.kw-corp.com) and services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“TOS”). If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
1. Services Provided
KW Corporation provides Managed IT Services, Break-Fix IT Support, Cybersecurity Solutions, Physical Security Systems, and IT Consulting. Our services may change or be updated at any time without notice.
2. Hardware Sales & Warranty
All hardware purchases come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. Warranty claims must be processed through KW Corporation or the original manufacturer, as applicable.
3. Managed IT vs. Break-Fix Clients
- Managed IT Clients: Clients under an ongoing agreement receive proactive IT management, cybersecurity monitoring, and support as outlined in their specific contract.
- Break-Fix Clients: Services are provided on a per-request basis. There is no guarantee of future service availability.
4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
Users agree to:
- Use our services legally and ethically.
- Not engage in fraudulent, malicious, or unauthorized activities.
- Ensure payment for services rendered per agreement terms.
KW Corporation is not responsible for security breaches or data loss caused by user negligence, improper configurations, or failure to follow best practices.
5. Payment, Billing, & Termination
- Managed IT Services are billed as per contract terms.
- Break-Fix Services require payment upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
- KW Corporation reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment or policy violations.
6. Limitation of Liability
KW Corporation is not liable for:
- Incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including data loss or business disruptions.
- Cybersecurity breaches, ransomware, or other cyber threats beyond reasonable security measures.
- Third-party failures (e.g., Microsoft 365 outages, internet service provider issues).
7. SMS/MMS Messaging & Communications
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to 517-223-3610. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to support@kw-corp.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive appointment reminder & confirmation texts as needed. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
Information collected will not be shared with 3rd parties for promotional purposes
8. Privacy & Data Protection
We collect and process user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy . Data collected may include client contact details, service logs, and security monitoring information.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or Michigan courts.
10. Changes to These Terms
KW Corporation may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
